Philosophy - people are better than we allow, we should represent humanity more honestly in our images. We have the gift within our hands to produce images that lend a weight of assistance. This is what I try to do.

So I have a new website, slightly bored of the old one.  It’s clean and elegant and I love it.  It has a couple of new sections, such as landscapes and abstracts from Afghanistan - mostly unseen stuff.  Hope you like, very different to my portraits, but work I quietly did in the background.

So seven months have passed and tomorrow I leave for Dubai before heading to Paris next weekend, where I shall base myself for a while.  I will be back here at some point, but when I just don’t know.  For now a whole lot to do in Europe before I embark upon other things.  I can’t wait to walk the streets without people trying to kidnap and bomb me - that will be a treasure.
